On a crisp morning of 20th December 2023, at 9 a.m., the BMS Society of Sydenham College orchestrated the flagship event – YounTré.
The event kicked off with a ceremonious inauguration, welcoming notable speakers and esteemed guests. The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm as the crowd prepared to embark on a day filled with insightful discussions and interactive sessions.
The guests , Esteemed speakers namely- Mr. Ajit Sanghvi – Governing Board Member of BSE Brokers Forum, Mrs. Reena Jagtap – Lead Digital Marketing at Henkel, ex – Audi, ex Skoda, Mrs. Sonal Shrivastava – Ex CFO Vedanta Group of Companies graced the stage with their words of wisdom.the faculty and the course coordinator Dr. Jharna Kalra were given momentos and the chairperson Ms. Sanika Satoskar accompanied by co-chairperson Mr. Sanket Bhosekar was felicitated for taking over the chair of responsibility too. Our respected principal, Mr. Shrinivas Dhure gave an enlightening welcoming speech and begun the humongous day!
The auditorium buzzed with anticipation as attendees eagerly awaited the inauguration of a lineup of distinguished speakers and influencers.The auditorium witnessed dynamic events, featuring the foremost engaging ROUND TABLE conversations that delved into the depths of entrepreneurial challenges and triumphs.
They shared their experience as a teenager in college to being an entrepreneur and get this successful position in life Today. It was delightful to have them feel nostalgic and recollect their memories here, this auspicious day was nothing but a way to connect the past to the present and enlighten the Young minds of today in the college. The Round table witnessed some notable entrepreneurs from Shark Tank namely – Mr. Sairaj Dhond(founder of WAKAO FOODS) and Mr. Aamir Mulani (founder of PLAYBOX TV).
Later on, the event included some interesting competition that’d ignite the entrepreneur in everyone- PITCHBOT. The event involved a pair of two people as a contingent per college to present their startup ideas to the esteemed judge, Mr. Suresh Varma. It was a highly interactive session with some bright minds and leveraged the level of competence in the participants.
In the heart of the auditorium, the captivating event ‘Creator x Creativity’ unfolded, where influencers wove magic with their words and performances. The influencers, akin to modern-day sorcerers, held the audience in rapt attention. The event was hosted by our very own Mohammad Virani sir and left everyone awe-inspired with the interaction. Dipti Bharwani, a prominent body-positive activist and entrepreneur, graced the stage with a powerful message of self-belief and self-acceptance. Her words resonated deeply, inspiring everyone to embrace their authentic selves.
Arya Chandel, a magician and mind reader holding a Guinness World Record, left the audience spellbound with jaw-dropping magic that defied belief. The auditorium echoed with gasps of awe as he seamlessly blended artistry and mystery, leaving an indelible mark.
Raju Bharti, a multifaceted talent – YouTuber, model, actor, and dancer – took the stage, guiding the audience to reach new heights in life. His energetic and motivational speech ignited a fire within, urging everyone to strive for excellence.
